SITE FOREMAN

Job Responsibilities: Supervise daily onsite operations and ensure work progresses according to schedule and quality standards.Coordinate and manage site labor force, subcontractors, and materials.Monitor and report progress delays and onsite issues to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.Review drawings and specifications to ensure execution aligns with approved plans.Maintain proper documentation of site activities, including daily reports and attendance records.Provide technical guidance and support to onsite workers.Ensure the availability and proper use of tools, materials, and equipment.Key Qualifications: Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering or related discipline.Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in civil construction, preferably in the UAE/GCC.Strong leadership and team coordination skills.Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and standards.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Must be currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately.Vertical: Engineering #J-18808-Ljbffr
