Civil Foreman

Kindly apply only if you can join immediately.Urgently looking for a civil foreman with a minimum of 5 years of UAE experience for immediate joining.Responsibilities: Coordinating daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making changes when necessary due to weather, supply, delivery, and personnel.Reading project plans, drawings, and specifications.Delegating individual responsibilities and projects to laborers and subcontractors.Training, managing, and mentoring laborers and subcontractors.Creating and managing schedules and monitoring attendance of laborers.Providing adequate resources and staffing to meet project schedules, laws, regulations, best practices, and safety needs.Emphasizing safe use of tools, machinery, and equipment while providing training on safety gear, helmets, and procedures.Overseeing construction sites and supervising the use of machinery and equipment.Resolving conflicts or miscommunications quickly and amicably.Regularly reporting project status to supervisors, site engineers, and other officials.Managing laborers to ensure the project is kept on schedule.Requirements: 5+ years of experience in construction in UAE.Proven experience as a construction foreman.Must have experience in high-rise building.In-depth knowledge of construction procedures and equipment.Ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints.Excellent organizational and leadership skills.Ability to communicate and report effectively.Aptitude in math.Problem-solving abilities.Good physical condition and stamina.High school diploma or equivalent.Firm understanding of providing survey functions for civil works.Demonstrative knowledge of software programs.Effective communication skills – written and verbal.Experience using CAD software.Employment visa will be provided.Salary will be 3000+OT+accommodation+transportation.Visa on the company.Other benefits as per labor law.Note: Kindly apply only if you can join immediately.Kindly apply only if you are inside the UAE.Kindly apply only if you have UAE experience.Job Type: Full-time.Application Question(s): How many years of UAE experience as a civil foreman do you have? #J-18808-Ljbffr
