Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal investment committees.Transaction Execution: Support the execution of investment transactions, including due diligence, structuring, and negotiation. Coordinate with legal, commercial, accounting, and other advisors.Portfolio Management: Monitor the performance of portfolio companies and identify opportunities for value creation. Work with management teams and board members on strategic initiatives.Other: Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, advisors, and potential investment targets. Contribute to fundraising activities and investor relations.
