About Our Client The client is a global investment manager specializing in alternative investments with a multi-billion dollar AUM. Job Description Deal Sourcing and Evaluation : Analyze potential investments through financial modeling, due diligence, and valuation analysis. Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal investment committees. Transaction Execution : Support the execution of investment transactions, including due diligence, structuring, and negotiation. Coordinate with legal, commercial, accounting, and other advisors. Portfolio Management : Monitor the performance of portfolio companies and identify opportunities for value creation. Work with management teams and board members on strategic initiatives. Other : Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, advisors, and potential investment targets. Contribute to fundraising activities and investor relations. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. Experience in investment banking, private equity, or consulting from a tier 1 organization. Must be based in GCC already. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. Problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
