From transformative infrastructure to iconic developments, ASC is trusted for its delivery of complex, high-quality projects that shape the region’s growth.Driven by innovation and engineering excellence, we uphold the values of PRIDE — Planning, Reliability, Innovation, Determination, and Excellence — across every project we manage.Position Overview We are currently seeking Project Manager experienced in Substations to lead and coordinate large-scale projects from inception to completion.This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing team focused on the delivery of essential infrastructure across the UAE.Key Responsibilities Lead cross-discipline project teams to ensure alignment with deadlines, requirements, and scope.Oversee and manage project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards.Establish and maintain clear project communication plans for all stakeholders.Drive timely execution of change requests, tracking impacts on budgets and schedules.Ensure client satisfaction and successful handover of deliverables.Conduct post-project evaluations to identify key learnings and improvements.Oversee the development of user manuals, training, and turnover documentation.Support business development by identifying new opportunities within the client network.Qualifications & Experience PMP Certification is mandatory.Prior experience managing electrical substation projects (132k V / 220k V).Familiarity with TRANSCO, TAQA, DEWA, or similar utility authorities.Knowledge of substation equipment installation, testing & commissioning, and civil works.Strong project planning, budget management, and ERP understanding.Ability to lead diverse teams and deliver projects on time and within scope.Why Join Us?At Ali & Sons Contracting, you'll take charge of projects that power the UAE’s future.
