Connecting Top Talent to Sustainable Solutions Project Manager EPC HV Substations Location: Dubai My client is a global EPC organisation with international projects within the electricity transmission and distribution sector. They develop large scale substations projects across the Middle East ranging from $20m USD – $1Bn USD.They are currently looking for a Project Manager or Project Engineer to join their growing team and lead EPC HV substation projects in the Middle East, including United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Iraq.As Project Manager or Project Engineer, you'll oversee HV grid projects from contract award through final acceptance, taking responsibility for scope, cost, schedule, and quality while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitable delivery.Key responsibilities: Develop, plan and execute EPC projects for the transmission grids across the Middle East.Develop practical project schedules and procurement plans for the engineering and construction of HV substation projects.Deliver projects efficiently according to engineering specifications while maintaining target margins.Present clear project reviews to management on schedule and financial performance Build productive relationships with customers and stakeholders Resolve quality issues promptly through effective root cause analysis Maintain strict compliance with safety and integrity standards Ideal person: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field Emirati holder preferred Fluent in English and Arabic2-5 years of relevant project engineer or project management experience in EPC projects and contract management experience Demonstrated ability to lead complex infrastructure projects Knowledge of grid and substation equipment such as Gas Insulated switchgear (GIS), Air Insulated switchgear (AIS), Power Transformers, protection relays.Understanding of regional utility requirements and working cultures Willingness to travel and lead complex projects.The ideal person for this position is an Emirati resident preferred.
