Dry Infrastructure Engineer

Job Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing client briefs (RFPs), responding with tailored proposals, and managing small teams to deliver smart, efficient, and compliant infrastructure packages to a high standard of quality.Preparation of concept and detailed civil infrastructure designs, along with technical and commercial specifications, design reports, drawings, and schedules.Monitor and control project budgets and schedules, initiating necessary actions to achieve financial targets.Drive high-quality drawing production in collaboration with drafters.Prepare tender submissions, including proposal cost and time estimates.Liaise with municipalities, utilities, and other consultants for information and coordination to obtain approvals.Coordinate with internal multi-discipline project managers, teams, and sub-consultants.Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing technical and professional guidance for their development.Ability to become a Registered Engineer/Architect in the UAE.In addition to technical strengths, we seek a candidate with strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills to lead project teams, ensuring innovative, sustainable, and appropriate solutions for clients.Please submit your applications along with a cover letter.
