Our strong market position and reputation lead to trusted relationships and repeat business.Due to a robust project pipeline, our Abu Dhabi team is expanding, and we are seeking an experienced Site Electrical Engineer (Dry Utilities - Infrastructure) for an infrastructure project. This is a fixed-term contract for 13 months based in Madinat Zayed.Responsibilities Work as part of an integrated, multi-disciplinary team across infrastructure, buildings, transport, and other project types.Assist the Resident Engineer in managing daily operational activities, review and approve contractor submittals, and participate in quality control and assurance.Perform routine inspection monitoring to ensure proper construction supervision.Inspect various facets of work on-site, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and specifications.Document non-conformance issues and participate in resolutions.Qualifications and Experience Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.Minimum 10 years of postgraduate experience, with at least 7 years on large projects.Regional experience preferred.Authority registration preferred.Ability to manage and coordinate a specialized activity or team of moderate size and complexity.UAE Driving License.Good communication and relationship-building skills.Experience in infrastructure projects.Our Commitment to You We support your needs by providing tools to excel, recognizing achievements, fostering curiosity, investing in new ideas, and encouraging collaboration across our global network.Who We Are GHD is a global leader in engineering, construction, and architectural expertise, established in 1928 and wholly owned by our people.
