Design Manager (Master Planning)

You'll be working closely with a key client on a range of exciting projects, which can vary from residential, mixed-use and infrastructure.What will you be doing?Assist develop scope of services for all required design consultants Manage the procurement of design consultants Develop and implement the design management plan Manage the design process Develop a design responsibility matrix to clarify roles and responsibilities of the respective design consultants Review design consultant deliverables to ensure compliance with the project brief and client requirements Monitor and manage the design schedule(s)Assist develop the project quality plan Manage all design consultants in accordance with the project BIM requirements Oversee the implementation of the sustainability program / requirements Assist develop the statutory approval flow chart for all design stages Oversee preparation of all technical documentation required for construction tender packages What do you need?10+ years’ design management experience on a variety of large scale projects Previous experience of working in a similar role in the Middle East Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning or related fields Master's degree in architecture is highly desirable Previous experience of working on residential, infrastructure and mixed-use developments in the UAEOur corporate values At Currie & Brown, we know that when it comes to a good idea, it doesn't matter where it comes from.
