UAE Senior Consultant - Customer Experience Service Designer
Description
Sia Partners Middle East is looking to grow its team in Abu Dhabi with resources experienced in customer experience and service design. The ideal candidate should have demonstrable knowledge of tools and practices related to these topics and be capable of participating in team efforts to design client processes (B2B and B2C) and improve the culture towards customer excellence. The resource will collaborate with local and international teams to identify suitable tools and practices, enhancing our regional capabilities. Role: Senior Consultant, Customer Experience and Service Design This role is pivotal in supporting project delivery, go-to-market activities, and initiatives within our Middle East team, across various sectors. The consultant will ensure diligent monitoring of services that deliver value to clients and the broader ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Contribute to multiple work streams within complex projects, ensuring progress and strategic alignment with client goals. Conduct high-level analyses and develop comprehensive action plans. Lead effective meetings to drive strategic decision-making. Identify, track, and qualify new business opportunities; contribute to business proposals to support growth. Supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering their professional development and contribution to projects. Engage in internal initiatives such as developing offerings, contributing to publications, and expanding business activities through tenders and proposals. Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree from a top-tier university in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Design, Communications, or related fields. Proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is mandatory. 4-6 years of consulting or sector-related experience focusing on client and project management. Advanced proficiency in core management consulting areas, digital, design, marketing services, or sector-specific focus areas. Proficiency in project management and stakeholder engagement. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, capable of influencing executives and stakeholders. Analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and extract insights.
