Senior Manager Cards & Payments Operations ITHR is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager Cards & Payments Operations to lead and optimize our end-to-end payment operations. This role is ideal for professionals with deep expertise in card issuance, acquiring, wallets, and UPI-based ecosystems, who are passionate about driving operational excellence and innovation in the fintech space.---Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage daily operations for card issuance, acquiring, wallets, and UPI-based transactions.- Interface with payment networks (VISA, Mastercard, Ru Pay, NPCI) to ensure seamless settlement, reconciliation, and dispute resolution.- Drive automation, scalability, and efficiency across transaction processing and customer support workflows.- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations (RBI, PCI-DSS, ISO, etc.).- Collaborate with technology, compliance, and product teams to support new payment features and enhancements.- Monitor and analyze key operational metrics (e.g., transaction success rate, decline trends, TAT, fraud ratios).- Lead incident response and escalation management with partner banks, processors, and service providers.- Implement robust fraud monitoring, chargeback, and dispute management controls.- Manage vendor and partner relationships related to cards and payment infrastructure.- Support audits, internal risk assessments, and regulatory inspections.---Required Qualifications & Experience- 712 years of experience in payments operations, digital banking, or fintech.- Proven exposure to card schemes (VISA, Mastercard, Ru Pay) and UPI ecosystems.- Hands-on experience with wallets, tokenization, APIs, and EMV transaction processing.- Strong understanding of settlement, reconciliation, chargeback cycles, and dispute management.- Excellent knowledge of regulatory frameworks (RBI, NPCI, PCI-DSS).- Experience with banking systems, payment gateways, or fintech platforms.- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Finance, or related fields (MBA preferred).---Preferred Profile- Experience with VISA, Mastercard, Ru Pay/NPCI, fintech aggregators, or issuer/acquirer banks.- Familiarity with ISO 8583 messaging standards, UPI APIs, and RTGS/IMPS/NEFT operations.- Host certifications and experience with certification tools like FIME FINSIM.Company Industry Recruitment Placement Firm Executive Search Department / Functional Area Data Entry Operations Back Office Processing Keywords Senior Manager Cards & Payments Operations Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
