We back up our success with a list of International Property awards along with strategic partnerships with companies such as Wyndham Hotel group, Millennium Hotels, Emirates Airlines and Jumeirah Hotels and Resorts.To successful candidates, we offer a diverse progressive corporate working environment with clear growth potential along with award winning sales & marketing tools, a state of the art showroom featuring Dubai’s only virtual helicopter tour and endorsements from a number of international sporting celebrities.Job Description: Align with company IT policies and procedures for effective and profitable operational management.Serve as the “First point of contact” to employees in IT related issues and possibilities.Assign IT issue-based tasks to the support team and ensure meeting the user’s requirements through effective management of the IT helpdesk.Manage the inventory of all IT related equipment and maintain consistent coordination with the procurement department in sourcing resources as needed.Oversee data management of all IT assets within the organization.Strategic relationship management with all IT and other vendors (Etisalat, DU, etc.).Customize mobile network packages for employees from different hierarchies and manage execution of solutions for various network issues with providers.Monitor and report mobile data and network usage of all employees and streamline the cost spend to the provider.Ensure effective utilization of IT resources and successful management in prioritizing IT equipment purchases to meet the IT budget goals.Ensure that contracts are issued to all staff for their devices.Desired Skill & Expertise: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a coordinator/administrator role within IT operations.Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or Management Information Systems.Excellent English communication skills are a must. #J-18808-Ljbffr
