Aquatics Operations Assistant Manager, Water Park Join to apply for the Aquatics Operations Assistant Manager, Water Park role at Hyatt.Responsibilities Assist in ensuring that department employees deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries courteously and efficiently, ensuring problems are satisfactorily resolved.Maintain positive interactions with guests and colleagues, fostering good working relationships.Maximize employee productivity through multi-skilling, multi-tasking, and flexible scheduling to meet financial and guest expectations.Manage utility and payroll costs prudently, ensuring energy efficiency and optimal deployment of equipment.Embrace new technology and equipment to improve productivity and efficiency.Supervise lifeguard operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and conducting regular audits and training.Manage lifeguard schedules, monitor welfare, and ensure readiness for emergencies.Oversee the maintenance and inventory of tubes and life jackets, ensuring they are in good condition and properly stored.Additional Responsibilities Supervise department staff, ensuring compliance with policies, grooming standards, and safety regulations.Develop staff skills through training, coaching, and mentoring.Support the implementation of company values and culture.Adhere to all safety, fire, hygiene, and health regulations.Participate in staff meetings, training, and other departmental activities.Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Aquatics Operations Manager.Qualifications At least 2 years of experience with Ellis & Associates Program or similar, including front-line lifeguarding and supervisory roles.Operational experience in waterpark management, preferably in the UAE or GCC.Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).Skills in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel, including data analysis and reporting.Job Details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Management and Manufacturing Industry: Hospitality #J-18808-Ljbffr
