NBS Mechanical & Engineering Equipment Trading Co. LLC, is an international marketing and distribution Power house of Power and Renewable Energy in over 3 continents across the globe. NBS is looking for responsible Warehouse Operational Persons who can manage the warehouse activities. Should have proven track record in the warehouse to manage the industrial products.Job Responsibilities Supervising and coordinating warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.Leading and managing a team of warehouse workers, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance.Ensuring efficient use of warehouse space and resources to optimize storage capacity and minimize costs.Overseeing inventory management processes, including cycle counts, stock replenishment, and reconciliation.Implementing and enforcing safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.Training and coaching warehouse staff on proper procedures, equipment operation, and safety protocols.Conducting regular inspections of the warehouse to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with standards.Resolving any issues or discrepancies related to inventory, orders, or shipments in a timely manner.Collaborating with other departments, such as logistics, procurement, and customer service, to coordinate warehouse activities and meet operational goals.Implementing quality control measures to ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory and order fulfillment.Monitoring and analyzing warehouse performance metrics, such as productivity, accuracy, and on-time delivery, and implementing improvements as needed.Managing relationships with vendors, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers as necessary.Participating in the development and implementation of warehouse policies, procedures, and best practices.Providing regular reports and updates to management on warehouse operations and performance.Contributing to the overall success and growth of the company through effective warehouse management and leadership.Skills Proven experience in warehouse operations, with at least (3 years) in a supervisory or leadership role.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software applications.Thorough knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order picking, and shipping.Understanding of safety regulations and procedures related to warehouse operations.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.Detail-oriented and results-driven, with a focus on achieving operational goals and objectives.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.Certification in warehouse management or logistics (e.g., Certified Logistics Professional, Certified Warehouse Manager) is a plus.Job Location Job Role Warehouse Supervisor Employment Type Full Time Employee Monthly Salary Range Dependent on Candidate Working Experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
