Car Dealership Operations Coordinator
Description
Assisting with the management of daily operational activities (Dealership).- Assisting the dealership business by creating assignments, tracking progress, and resolving issues.- Performing administrative tasks, such as making calls to customers/vendors, answering phones, etc.- Overseeing daily business operational activities.- Preparing and maintaining operations documents and reports.- Working with team leaders, managers, and department heads to learn departmental needs and goals.- Observing, reviewing, and analyzing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas of improvement.- Designing and maintaining clear operational guides to ensure consistency of operations.- Leading the project management workflow for assigned projects.- Managing internal and external stakeholder relations.COORDINATION: - Collaborating with managers to set procedures, policies, and processes.- Managing operational tasks under the direction of managers.- Negotiating procurement with contractors and suppliers.- Coordinating with vendors for arranging supplies and work.- Coordinating with internal team members (logistics, documentation, sales) to ensure smooth workflow.- Coordinating with our service team to ensure smooth workflow.- Coordinating with business partners for meeting the required targets and objectives.CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT: - Making calls to customers to explain the business and vehicle details and inviting them for test drives.- Receiving customers in the showroom and resolving their queries.- Fostering good working relationships with vendors and service providers. #J-18808-Ljbffr
