Car Dealership Operations Coordinator
Description
Assisting with the management of daily operational activities (Dealership). - Assisting the dealership business by creating assignments, tracking progress, and resolving issues. - Performing administrative tasks, such as making calls to customers/vendors, answering phones, etc. - Overseeing daily business operational activities. - Preparing and maintaining operations documents and reports. - Working with team leaders, managers, and department heads to learn departmental needs and goals. - Observing, reviewing, and analyzing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas of improvement. - Designing and maintaining clear operational guides to ensure consistency of operations. - Leading the project management workflow for assigned projects. - Managing internal and external stakeholder relations. COORDINATION: - Collaborating with managers to set procedures, policies, and processes. - Managing operational tasks under the direction of managers. - Negotiating procurement with contractors and suppliers. - Coordinating with vendors for arranging supplies and work. - Coordinating with internal team members (logistics, documentation, sales) to ensure smooth workflow. - Coordinating with our service team to ensure smooth workflow. - Coordinating with business partners for meeting the required targets and objectives. CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT: - Making calls to customers to explain the business and vehicle details and inviting them for test drives. - Receiving customers in the showroom and resolving their queries. - Fostering good working relationships with vendors and service providers. #J-18808-Ljbffr
