The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our project database, assisting with data analysis, and supporting backend operations for real estate projects. Coordination with other departments to fulfill project needs is also a crucial aspect of this role.Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update project databases accurately and efficiently.Assist in data analysis to provide insights and support decision-making processes.Support backend operations related to real estate projects.Coordinate with various departments such as sales, marketing, and finance to ensure project requirements are met.Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within the real estate sector.Familiarity with industry practices and terminology related to real estate development.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Additional Information: This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic real estate environment in Al Barsha, Dubai.
