This role requires a compassionate and skilled individual experienced in working with people of determination (individuals with disabilities). The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Arabic and English to effectively communicate with a diverse group of clients, ensuring inclusive and accessible support and services.As a Backend Officer, you will assist in administering and managing services, ensuring interactions are respectful and timely support is provided to people of determination.Key Responsibilities Manage backend office operations for people of determination, ensuring accurate administrative processes.Support individuals with disabilities by processing requests, maintaining records, and following up promptly.Handle documentation and maintain accurate data related to services provided.Ensure data confidentiality and secure handling of records.Prepare detailed reports based on collected data and submit them timely.Coordinate with other departments to ensure appropriate support for people of determination.Deliver services inclusively, ensuring accessibility and accommodating diverse needs.Monitor and review processes for compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.Maintain professionalism and empathy in interactions with people of determination and their families.Assist in preparing management reports and provide recommendations for service improvements.Candidate Profile Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is essential.Proven experience working with people of determination, understanding their needs, and providing support.Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Experience in backend administration, documentation, data entry, and report writing.Compassionate, patient, and genuinely supportive of empowering people of determination.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant CRM or data management systems.Excellent communication skills and team collaboration ability.Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.Knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks related to people of determination is advantageous.Additional Details Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Other Industries: Outsourcing and Offshoring Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
