CFCC Analyst

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CFCC Analyst to join our Compliance, Financial Crime &Conduct team. The role is based in the UAE and will support in managing theregulatory compliance and governance framework for my Zoi. The successfulcandidate will support key compliance activities and assist with regulatoryinteractions.What You’ll Do Support my Zoi's businesses and functions to exhibit appropriate conduct, comply with compliance policies & standards, and meet regulatory & financial crime compliance requirements. Strive to achieve fair outcomes for my Zoi’s clients.Assist in investigations to detect and report suspicious activities to governmental authorities, enabling the company to make sound judgments regarding reputational and other risks, and meet regulator and stakeholder expectations. Help track and manage regulatory obligations and reporting.Promote a culture of adherence to compliance and FCC standards, including conducting business within regulatory requirements and maintaining high ethical standards, as well as the Code of Conduct within my Zoi. Collaborate with Legal, Risk, and Operations teams.Align with the Group’s and SC Venture’s (SCV) Compliance framework; assist in producing high-quality management information for compliance risk framework owners. Escalate regulatory breaches to the Chief Compliance Officer and ensure prompt remedial actions.Be a proactive and collaborative team member, fostering a positive work environment and participating in social events.Who You Are Excellent proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).Strong communication skills, curiosity, and a quick learner.Enjoy working in a creative, fast-paced, and agile environment.Previous internship or experience in a compliance-related function is a plus.Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is a platform to connect jobseekers and employers.
