Please apply via the link below if you are interested.Your Mission We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CFCC Analyst to join our Compliance, Financial Crime & Conduct team. The role is based in the UAE and will support in managing the regulatory compliance and governance framework for my Zoi. The successful candidate will support key compliance activities and assist with regulatory interactions.What You’ll Do Support my Zoi’s businesses and functions to exhibit appropriate conduct, comply with compliance policy & standards and regulatory & financial crime compliance requirements, and strive to achieve fair outcomes for my Zoi’s clients.Support an investigation that detects and reports suspicious activity to governmental authorities and enables the company to form sound judgments concerning reputational and other risks and meet expectations of regulators and other compliance stakeholders. Help track and manage regulatory obligations and regulatory reporting.Promote the culture and practice of adherence to compliance and FCC standards (including conducting business within regulatory requirements, and to high ethical standards) and the Code of Conduct within my Zoi. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Risk, and Operations.Be guided by and aligned to the Group’s and SC Venture’s (“SCV’s”) Compliance framework; assist in producing high-quality management information for Group and SCV compliance risk framework owners. Escalate to Chief Compliance Officer regulatory breaches and ensure that actions are taken quickly to remediate and/or activities are ceased.Be an awesome member of the team, have fun, and enjoy social events.Who You Are Preferably excellent skills in Arabic and English (written and spoken).You have strong communication skills, curiosity, and are a quick learner.You enjoy a creative fast-paced agile world.Previous internship or experience in a compliance-related function is a plus.What You’ll Need Technical Skills Business Skills At my Zoi we strive to create both a product and a team that embraces equality, inclusion, diversity, and freedom.
