The chosen manager will hold a vital and extremely important role within the Academy, and responsibilities will include: Ability to manage people and resources effectively Ability to prioritize tasks Ability to use initiative and work independently Be a natural leader Be able to work calmly during busy and stressful times Excellent English both written and verbal, other languages is a bonus Excellent time management and organization skills High level of enthusiasm, passion, and creativeness for the Performing Arts & industry Hold a valid qualification related to teaching Proficiency in all Microsoft programs Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to teach using various dance styles and methodologies from beginner to advanced level Advise current and potential new customers Be able to create and work with annual budgets Careful and detailed tracking of financials Choreograph routines for exams events, shows, competitions, and demonstrations Clear and accurate record keeping Conduct group and private lessons as required Create business plans to grow the company and increase revenue Create weekly, monthly, and termly reports Cross-checking of reports created by staff members Determining pricing across all aspects including classes, retail, camps, workshops, exams etc Engage, encourage, and motivate students to reach their goals Ensure maintenance is always on top of in all venues Ensuring all company and staff documents are always up to date and in order Ensuring the studios and all working areas are always tidy, organized and clean Execute all planning for local and international competitions General managing of staff members Hiring and onboarding new team members Lead new business ideas and potentials Lead the marketing team Maintain relationships with schools, 3rd parties and future potential business partners Managing vendors and 3rd parties Ordering and maintaining of office supplies Ordering and maintaining of retail items Organizing of events, workshops, and projects Organizing staff training Oversee and ensure accuracy of all data entry Oversee and lead organization of annual production Oversee and organize annual examinations Prepare agreements for all 3rd parties and studio rentals Prepare offer letters for new staff members Preparing monthly staff salary reports and working with accounts Provide a fun and creative environment for your classes Resolving of conflicts between staff, students, and families Responsible for all day-to-day operations of the business Staff schedules Updating, implementing, and upholding safety measurements in the workplace Working with marketing and IT to maintain website and social media channels #J-18808-Ljbffr
