For more information, visit www.atkinsrealis.com or follow us on Linked In.Roles and Responsibilities Lead urban design projects from conceptual genesis to the developed vision stage, creating compelling urban environments.Manage visualization and graphics production lines, schedules, and deliverables.Develop innovative design studies and solutions during the visioning and pre-concept stages.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive design outcomes.Visualize and communicate design visions through sketching, digital tools, and 3D models using Sketch Up, Rhino, Adobe Illustrator, In Design, and Power Point.Conduct site analysis and context studies to inform designs.Work closely with commercial and development teams to align urban design with strategic objectives.Mentor junior team members and stay updated on urban design trends and technologies.Qualifications and Education Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, or related field.10-12+ years of experience in urban design, focusing on master planning in visioning and concept stages.5+ years experience in top-tier consultancy firms, especially in the GCC/UAE region.Preferred Skills and Competencies Exceptional experience in master planning and urban design, especially early design stages.Proficiency in 3D modeling and Adobe Creative Suite.Strong graphic, visualization, and presentation skills.Knowledge of data set creation, Excel, GIS, and optional scripting for workflow optimization.Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.Fluency in English; Arabic skills are a plus.Understanding of UAE building codes and regulations.Why choose Atkins Réalis?Tax-free salary, comprehensive benefits, and allowances.Health, life, and medical insurance.Paid leave, bonuses, and relocation support.Employee wellbeing programs and a diverse, inclusive work environment.We’re committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring a respectful environment where everyone can thrive.
