Human by nature.Creative Fragrance Manager for the Middle East and North East Africa (MENA) - Home & Air Care Category Due to a vacancy within the team, we are now recruiting for a Creative Fragrance Manager to focus on our Home & Air Care category in our Regional Fragrance Creative Centre in Dubai. You will be part of our regional Fragrance Consumer Products Development team and report to the Category Director-Fabric & Home Care MENA. Your focus will be on customers in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) markets, including countries from Libya in Africa to the Levant, the Gulf, Iran, and Pakistan in South Asia.In this exciting role, you will be responsible for: Fragrance Development Developing the olfactory strategy for customers, markets, and categories, guiding the Perfumery teams accordingly.Managing and executing multiple complex briefs from customers and developing or selecting fragrances according to guidelines.Liaising with other regional creative centers to complete project assignments.Defining fragrances to be tested and coordinating with Consumer Market Insights (CMI) teams.Translating CMI results into olfactory guidelines for Perfumers.Developing new fragrances with Perfumers proactively.Staying informed about Givaudan and industry best practices and identifying improvement opportunities.Project Management Managing the project pipeline of customer briefs and internal initiatives efficiently.Ensuring projects are executed effectively, focusing on improving win rate, customer intimacy, and response speed.Leading large projects across different clientele types.Build and maintain relationships with customers Participating in customer meetings and preparations for visits.Building and maintaining relationships with selected customers alongside the Sales/Key Accounts team.Providing inputs for account development plans.Positioning and Marketing Anticipating market tastes and collaborating with marketing on proactive concept generation.Writing olfactory summaries for regions/markets for knowledge sharing.Conducting customer presentations and interactions.People Management Leading and mentoring junior evaluators, managing team performance and development.Fostering an inclusive, creative, and motivated environment.Encouraging empowerment, sharing, and accountability.You?Your professional profile should include: A Bachelor’s or University Degree; a Master’s or advanced degree is advantageous.Deep knowledge and passion for fragrances.At least 7+ years in Fragrance Evaluation, preferably with experience in the Home Care category, with a proven track record in developing fragrances for international or regional clients.Ideally 2+ years of coaching and team leadership experience.Excellent proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic and/or French is a plus.A team player comfortable with cultural diversity.Proficiency in common PC applications, especially MS Power Point and Excel.Excellent presentation and communication skills.Our benefits: Attractive package with benefits (Pension, Health Insurance).Opportunities for progressive learning and development.A creative team environment that inspires. #J-18808-Ljbffr
