In Eurofragance you will be part of the exciting world of smells and fragrances.You will grow and learn in a company in constant growth and expansion.You will have the opportunity to develop your career working with top professionals.You will be part of a Global Company with Headquarters in Spain and subsidiaries in the GCC, Singapore, Mexico, Turkey, India and China.You will feel you play a role in society thanks to our Corporate Social Responsibility policy and our commitment to the Environment, which we demonstrate on a day-to-day basis with actions such as the Volunteer Day.We are Passion, Performance & Entrepreneurship, we are Eurofragance!JOB MISSION: The FDM will act as a pivotal link between clients, perfumers, FDMs of DXB Creative Center and BCN Creative Center and commercial teams to translate market insights into winning olfactive creations, ensuring technical excellence, speed, and relevance.MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS: Fragrance development evaluation and collection build up in partnership with FDM team Create, maintain and upgrade library in GCC Creative Center.Project management : Coordinate and manage fragrance development projects from brief reception to delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and client expectations are met.Ability to translate client needs into clear briefs to perfumers Market insights, ability to detect olfactive trends and needs for the FF category, working with the local and also regional marketing teams to turn these into concrete fragrance solutions.Develop an excellent olfactive understanding of the local market which is quite diversified Coordination of proactive fragrance developments, to maintain an up-to-date modern local library with the support of the regional and global teams Keep track and knowledge of market products in FFCollaborate with internal stakeholders – Sales, Marketing, Creation & Development, Innovation & Technology, Regulatory departments to achieve best in class and timely results.Requirements EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Enigineering or related discipline.EXPERIENCE: Brings in 3-5 years of experience in Fragrance development for GCC countries preferable focus on fine fragrances.Good understanding of Gulf market olfactive trends / consumer behaviour pertaining to fine fragrances.Good understanding of Global trends and how it could work for the region.Ability to work under tight deadlines.LANGUAGES: Proficient in English.
