Procurement Coordinator (Food service Industry)

**Please note: Foodservice industry experience is mandatory**1. JOB PURPOSEResponsible for the procurement of product and services for Indoguna Dubai LLC. Other areas of responsibility include price negotiation, inventory control, quality control and management of supplier relationships.2. CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIESSources suppliers for products and services as required.Manages and maintains supplier database.Regularly checks supplier prices against same/similar products available.Works closely with suppliers to optimize processes.Monitors supplier quality and delivery performance.Liaises with suppliers for short shipments, spoiled or damaged products.System Management Inputs new product descriptions and updates changes in the system to packaging or UM.Regularly reviews product costings in the system.Management Reporting Maintains complete and accurate records of purchases including purchase orders, purchase invoices, and purchase returns.Provides inventory movement reporting as requested.Compliance Maintains updated information regarding import rules and formalities.3. JOB TASKSSupports international and local purchases.Formats and implements proper documentation for all purchases.Negotiates with suppliers to obtain products at the best price.Coordinates with all sales managers for the orders.Follows up with suppliers for short shipments, spoiled, and damaged products.Maintains complete records of purchase orders, purchase invoices, and purchase returns.4. SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONSPrevious experience in the foodservice industry is mandatory.Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in purchase, procurement, and/or supply chain department in a foodservice company.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to lead business decisions during supplier collaboration.Tech-savvy, with excellent analytical skills.Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office suite in general.Proficiency in any ERP and inventory management system.Power BI experience preferred.Job Type: Full-time Application Question(s): Do you have at least 1 year of procurement experience in the foodservice industry?How would you rate your Excel reporting/analysis skills on a scale of 1-10? #J-18808-Ljbffr
