Joinery Supervisor

As a Joinery Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the joinery department. This includes supervising craftsmen, managing projects, ensuring quality standards are met, while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. Key responsibilities include: Estimating material and labor Monitoring acquisition and use of materials Overseeing joinery production and managing the team Ensuring that all products are of high-quality and meet the required standards Implementing quality standards throughout the production process Ensuring all projects are completed on time What are we looking for?The ideal candidate must display positive attitude with exceptional skills: Expertise in joinery production and carpentry Experience in managing a team Ability to read and interpret design plans and technical drawings Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with local and international safety standards At least three years of experience in a supervisory role in furniture or joinery production Expertise in using joinery and carpentry equipment such as CAD/CAM software Familiarity with different types of wood and their characteristics Understanding of carpentry and furniture making processes and techniques Strong communication skills, and ability to work in a team Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr
