Pre Sales Engineer

Job Title: Pre-Sales Engineer Qualifications: Bachelor of Technology/Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunication Minimum 5+ years of customer-facing consulting or pre-sales experience in a similar role Engineering degree holder Experience in Physical Security Domain, preferably Parking Systems Good knowledge of and relationships within the local IT & security market (system integrators, resellers, distributors) is an advantage Residing in UAE with a valid driving license Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; Arabic speakers preferred Job Responsibilities: Respond to RFI/RFP/RFQ/Sales Enquiries promptly and professionally. Prepare, review, and approve engineering drawings using Auto CAD, including schematics, risers, and terminations. Provide technical assistance to sales staff, including site surveys, solution design, BOM and quotation preparation. Design and deliver product presentations. Review and approve marketing campaign content. Support clients technically during the sales process to meet all technical requirements. Assist in setting up and manning exhibition booths at tradeshows. Conduct training sessions, roadshows, and proof of concept activities. Coordinate with OEM representatives for product pitching and recommendations. Candidate Profile: We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Engineer who is passionate about our products.
