The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise sales, solutions consulting, and partner management across domains such as cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, managed services, digital infrastructure, and enterprise applications. The Sales Head will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding into new markets, and managing a high-performing sales team.Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Leadership: Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for IT solutions and services, develop sales plans, forecasts, budgets, and mentor account managers.Business Development & Revenue Growth: Acquire new clients, upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts, and build a robust sales pipeline across various sectors and enterprise sizes.Solution Selling & Collaboration: Work with Pre-Sales, Solution Architects, and Delivery teams to create tailored proposals, understand client challenges, and position multi-vendor solutions including managed services, cloud, security, networking, and application platforms.Partnership & Alliances: Develop strategic partner relationships, leverage vendor programs, monitor performance metrics, and oversee CRM tools implementation.Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.Experience: 10–15 years in enterprise IT sales with at least 5 years in leadership roles.Skills & Abilities: Proven success in achieving multi-million dollar sales targets in system integration or IT services, with strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
