Head of Sales
Description
The job holder will be tasked with leading the solutions and presales team and will report to the General Manager. Manage a team of practice heads for various business solutions like private cloud security mobility; services like managed and IT outsourcing projects, annual maintenance contracts; and presales support. Take ownership of the solution/service portfolio and drive the technology direction and roadmap of the company. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Own and evolve the CNS ICT solution portfolio with a strategic focus on high-growth areas such as managed services, cloud applications, smart cities, and cybersecurity. Develop strategic alliances with leading vendors across targeted solution areas and lead joint go-to-market planning and certification compliance. Integrate the EFT/Banking solution into the broader portfolio and ensure consistent sales engagement, product positioning, and revenue accountability. Lead the presales and solutions architecture teams to ensure delivery of technically sound, competitive, and client-aligned proposals. Implement clear SLAs with the sales organization. Establish and enforce a rigorous bid management and deal qualification process to increase win ratios and reduce commercial and delivery risk. Work closely with HR to develop and execute sales enablement programs, including technical training, industry vertical alignment, and soft skills development for the sales force. Drive improvements in proposal quality through structured reviews (pre- and post-submission) and process enhancements via the Bid Management Office. Lead the customer retention strategy through enhanced solution delivery standards, proactive engagement, and high-quality presales interactions. Qualifications : Education: Computer engineering degree Project management certification is a plus Experience: 10 years work experience in a product/solution management position Skills & Abilities Technical background with good understanding of private cloud, security, and mobility Certification in security such as CISSP is a plus Thought leadership in emerging technology areas such as private cloud, mobility, and security Extensive experience in product development, product planning, project management, team management Experience in providing solutions/services to Government, BFSI, Healthcare, Education, Transportation, Oil & Gas verticals Additional Details Remote Work : No Employment Type : Fulltime #J-18808-Ljbffr
