Senior Administrator – Quality Assurance Join to apply for the Senior Administrator – Quality Assurance role at Dicetek LLC.Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Job Purpose The job holder will be responsible for managing and preparing reporting documents, tracking the QA process, maintaining records of documents, and upholding the highest standards of professionalism to support the achievement of organizational goals.Key Accountabilities Prepare reports pertaining to the QA process and project handover plan.Maintain accurate records, validate requests, and facilitate effective communication as an integral part of the team. Handle client, vendor, and team interactions through calls, emails, and correspondence, fostering collaboration and streamlined operations.Handle requests, manage QA cycle communications, and coordinate with internal teams to contribute to seamless service delivery.Highlight key areas of improvement in the QA process cycle.Provide utility records (DEWA, Empower, etc.) for handed over, non-handed over, returned, and unsold units for management processing and payment settlement.Maintain and coordinate records of PR and GRN for vendors related to the orientation process.Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth project handovers.Serve as the custodian of QA reporting and process documents.Verify the accuracy and completeness of property documents on USB drives related to handover properties, ensuring customers receive all necessary documentation.Safeguard confidential official information by restricting access to authorized individuals.Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers for effective communication and collaboration.Raise purchase orders and monitor vendor quotations for process optimization.Obtain the Director's approval or signature for workflows like quotations and property documents.Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge Diploma in any field; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.Minimum Experience1-2 years of experience in a related field.Knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and business environment.Job Specific Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).Excellent time management and organizational skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Active listening and collaboration skills.Problem-solving and adaptability to changing priorities.Professionalism and ability to build positive relationships.Discretion in handling confidential information.Proficiency in report creation.Additional Details Seniority level: Not Applicable Employment type: Contract Job function: Information Technology Industries: IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
