Headhunt…The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) – Dubai is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our Quality, Health, Safety & Sustainability Office. If you're passionate about driving excellence, embedding quality culture, and elevating safety standards across an organization — we’d love to hear from you!Job Purpose To lead, develop, and implement Quality, Health, Safety & Sustainability (QHSS) strategies in line with ISO standards, Dubai Government Excellence Program (DGEP), and international best practices. This role ensures organizational excellence and risk resilience across the sector.Key Responsibilities Develop and enforce Quality & Excellence frameworks, policies, and operational plans.Manage disaster preparedness and emergency continuity programs.Drive SMART business objectives, KPIs, and quality performance monitoring.Conduct quality audits and excellence assessments.Support strategic planning through QA/QC documentation and quality management reviews.Deliver training and workshops on quality, safety, and excellence.Collaborate with cross-functional teams on improvement initiatives.Maintain knowledge-sharing systems across the organization.Integrate safety plans with external emergency response agencies.Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent (Master’s preferred).Minimum 10 years of experience in quality, excellence, auditing, or related fields.Certified ISO Auditor and trained in EFQM / DGEP / DQA / SKGEP.Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.Proven track record in developing and implementing QHSS strategies.Proficiency in quality management systems, auditing techniques, and lean management.Apply!
