UX DESIGNER

We are looking for a talented and passionate UX Designer to join our team and help us shape the future of digital experiences. You will play a key role in creating intuitive and engaging user experiences across our digital platforms. Job Responsibilities: Mapping out the user journey to identify key touchpoints and opportunities for improvement throughout the user experience. Designing wireframes and prototypes to visualize and iterate on the structure, layout, and functionality of digital interfaces. Conducting usability testing sessions to gather feedback from users and identify usability issues or areas for improvement. Organizing and structuring information in an intuitive and easy-to-navigate manner. Defining how users interact with digital interfaces through design of interface elements, navigation systems, and interactive features. Collaborating with visual designers to ensure visual design aligns with user experience goals and enhances usability. Ensuring accessibility of digital products for users with disabilities by following accessibility standards and guidelines. Creating design documentation such as user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and specifications to communicate decisions to stakeholders and developers. Monitoring and analyzing user feedback and metrics for continuous improvement of the user experience. Working closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align on project goals, priorities, and timelines. Job Requirements: Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Engineering or related discipline. Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, icons, and responsive layouts for different platforms and screens. Proficiency with tools such as Photoshop, Premier Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Power Director, Axure, Sketch, In Design, UXPin, Quartz. Ability to prepare paper sketches and printable documents like brochures and catalogs. Responsible for creating sketches, mockups, wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, icons, brochures, catalogs, and business cards. Ability to present and defend design decisions based on the design roadmap, design principles, and fundamental concepts like color theory and visual weight. Stay updated with the latest industry standards and trends. Experience with developing and implementing SEO strategies, coordinating content, design, social media, PPC marketing, and managing optimization projects and reports.
