Urgent Requirement for UI UX Designer - Digital Banking We have an urgent requirement for a UI UX Designer with Digital Banking experience for one of the banks in Abu Dhabi, UAE.Experience: 6-10 years Nationality: Egyptian only Candidate must be willing to travel from Egypt to UAE or vice versa.Responsibilities: Drive end-to-end product design, including discovery, ideation, conceptualizing, detailed design, prototypes, and validation within cross-functional product teams.Key Accountabilities: Be highly analytical and creative, demonstrating superb design, writing, and presentation skills.Foster collaboration both inside and outside the team, promoting UX within the company.Justify design decisions based on a thorough understanding of contemporary user-centered design methodologies.Thrive in a work environment that requires strong independent problem-solving skills, self-direction, and innovative thinking.Clearly articulate design needs and key decisions to business stakeholders.Design elegant and delightful product experiences as part of cross-functional Agile product teams.Research, identify, and articulate customer needs.Collaborate & lead other designers within and cross-team to solve design challenges and maintain design consistency.Lead regular creative sessions and foster a learning environment within the team.Technical Skills & Knowledge: Experience designing quality consumer products and enabling business capability through technology.Graphical and Visual Design skills using software such as Adobe Suite, Figma, Sketch, or other tools.Experience conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing, and rapid prototyping.Knowledge of Agile software development processes.Previous Experience: Experience in digital product design in financial services (banking/Fintech/digital transformation).Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent area.Experience managing a team of UI/UX designers.Ability to communicate with different departments in a multi-national organization.Experience with design tools like Sketch, Adobe Suite, and Figma.Knowledge of Design Systems is a plus.Skills: A/B testing, prototyping, graphical design, agile methodologies, UX, product design, digital product design, UI/UX design, usability testing, user research, visual design.Seniority Level Associate Employment Type Contract Job Function Design, Art/Creative, and Information Technology Industries Technology, Information and Internet #J-18808-Ljbffr
