Alokozay Group of Companies - Job Opportunity Alokozay Group of Companies is seeking a detail-oriented Admin & Procurement Executive to provide administrative and procurement support, ensuring efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in administration and procurement, strong analytical skills, and effective communication abilities.Key Responsibilities Admin Duties Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and take messages.Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including emails and physical correspondence.Maintain office supplies and inventory.Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records.File and organize documents both physically and digitally.Schedule and organize meetings, including setting up rooms, equipment, and refreshments.Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation.Provide support to senior staff and management as needed.Procurement Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to delivery, ensuring adherence to company policies.Collaborate with suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and place purchase orders.Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.Follow up to ensure timely issuance of purchase orders, delivery, and payments.Assess procurement needs with internal teams and support the process before and after issuing Purchase Orders.Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers.Prepare and issue purchase orders and related documentation.Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable contracts.Maintain procurement data and reports, and coordinate logistics for seamless delivery.Desired Candidate Profile Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Office Management, Procurement, or related field.At least 4 years of experience in administration and procurement in the UAE.FMCG experience preferred; candidates from Manufacturing, Trading, or Construction industries will also be considered.Knowledge of procurement strategies and best practices.Strong negotiation skills and supplier relationship management.Proficiency in Oracle, SAP, or similar ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).Strong analytical skills and data handling capabilities.Note: Naukrigulf.com is a platform connecting jobseekers and employers.
