They focus on delivering high-quality developments while maintaining operational excellence and market leadership.Oversee all aspects of sales operations, including systems, logistics, pre- and post-sales processes, events, and reporting.Develop and implement operational strategies to support sales objectives and business plans.Lead the sales operations support team, establishing clear goals and fostering a high-performance culture.Improve sales processes and operational efficiency to enhance overall performance.Work closely with senior management to align sales operations with broader company goals.Supervise property showings, client meetings, and transaction processes to ensure a seamless customer journey.Act as the escalation point for complex issues, providing strategic solutions.Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.Identify areas for improvement in sales operations and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of sales operations.Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance service quality and customer experience.Qualifications & Experience Minimum 10 years in sales operations, with a focus on residential real estate in the GCC region.At least 2 years in a leadership role.Real estate/development.Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.In-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market.Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal & written).Team-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.Ability to convey information effectively to diverse stakeholders.Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. #J-18808-Ljbffr
