The opportunity As Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for driving the awareness and sales of corporate services within the UAE market. This role demands a seasoned professional with excellent communication skills, an extensive network, and a strong work ethic. You will collaborate closely with a dedicated sales and client service team to achieve ambitious growth targets through the introduction of bespoke solutions to new and existing clients. If you possess a clear understanding of the UAE landscape and are driven to help scale a successful business, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic plans to drive new client acquisition in the UAE. Analyse the existing client portfolio and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Handle inbound inquiries and proactively seek new business prospects to expand the customer base. Collaborate with the marketing team to launch campaigns aimed at generating leads. Prepare proposals for global sales efforts and support local office operations, including CRM tasks. Build and maintain strong relationships with intermediaries, regulators, and professional service firms. Attend events and networking opportunities to promote the brand and cultivate relationships. Lead the full sales cycle, ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new clients. Accurately forecast revenues on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Travel as needed to meet business requirements. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of business development experience in the corporate services sector, particularly within Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Proven sales experience in related services such as company secretarial, accounting, or compliance. Strong understanding of the local market, particularly free zones like the DIFC and ADGM. A self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders. An entrepreneurial mindset, capable of identifying and pursuing new revenue opportunities. Exceptional time management skills with a proactive and motivated approach to achieving objectives. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred; qualifications in accounting, law, or tax are advantageous.
