More information is available at www.atkinsrealis.com and on Linked In.Learn more about careers at: https: //careers.atkinsrealis.com Role and Responsibilities: Review, assess, and approve master plan design deliverables across all stages (Vision, PCMP, Framework, CMP, DMP).Liaise with authorities to expedite approvals.Develop RFPs, project briefs, and design strategies for master planning projects.Create land use datasets considering traffic, open spaces, real estate trends, and revenue potential.Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure multidisciplinary alignment.Manage in-house design teams to deliver master plan feasibility projects.Review master plan stages and ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi Department of Municipality and Transportation (DMT) requirements.Engage with internal departments and external consultants for project analysis and design reviews.Present master plans to senior management and leadership.Qualifications and Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or related fields.Master’s degree in Urban Design or related disciplines.Optional: Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.Preferred Skills and Experience: 15-18 years in master planning, real estate, or related sectors.Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.Strong knowledge of land use, revenue models, and urban design trends.Proficiency in CAD, Adobe Suite, and report writing tools.Experience with landscape and public realm concepts.Why Join Atkins Réalis?Tax-free salary, comprehensive insurance, and benefits.Paid leave, gratuity, bonuses, and allowances.Relocation support and employee wellbeing programs.We value diversity and are committed to an inclusive workplace where all employees can thrive.
