Associate Director (Architect/Urban Designer)
Description
Development of RFPs, brief, design strategy on master plan projects.Development of land use dataset with design understanding of various land use products, all type of traffic network and circulation, types of open spaces and current real estate development trends and product updates.Understanding land use and products with non-revenue versus revenue generation potential.Internal team liaison to ensure coordination between all disciplines relevant to master planning (feasibility, architecture, infra-structure, delivery).Manage in house design team as instructed by the relevant director and deliver internal master plan feasibility projects in line with management expectations.Review masterplan deliverables during all master plan stages and familiar with DMT (Abu Dhabi Department of Municipality and Transportation) planning requirement (Vision - PCMP - Framework - CMP - DMP).Liaise with relevant Modon internal departments as required;
