Comprising of industry veterans, we enable structural transformations in Analytics powered by our expertise, true partnership, and e2e implementation approach.Project Scope: Campaign Analyst Term: 5 months Job location: Abu Dhabi, UAEExperience requirement: 4 years+Role duties: Improve Customer Journeys: Map and analyze end-to-end customer journey, identifying touchpoints and interactions across various channels (e.g., website, email, social media, etc.).Campaigns and Measurement: Design and deliver multi-channel campaigns and campaign measurement.Performance and A/B Testing: Design and execute performance tests and A/B tests to ensure campaigns are optimized.Improvements: Implement changes to optimize campaign performance through data-driven insights.Decision Intelligence: Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions, analyzing customer behavior, preferences, and engagement patterns to improve decision-making.CRM & Contact Rules: Support CRM strategy and establish rules for customer interactions, ensuring consistent and personalized communication.
