Fitness Receptionist
Description
Responsibilities: Maintain a record of all guests and members coming to the gym Maintain a tidy reception area and cleanliness of all gym equipment Escort guests to the equipment while explaining all facilities Conduct gym Show Around Assist other departments whenever needed Handle all incoming calls and answer enquiries Manage gym correspondence, including replying to emails and maintaining and updating SOPs Continuously work on initiatives and activities to improve the gym and recreation department footfall Promote services offered by the business to guests Actively promote and sell various memberships Address customer enquiries and complaints in a friendly and efficient manner Collaborate with pool agents, lifeguards, and spa staff to ensure an excellent health & fitness journey for all guests Adhere to all hotel and company standards, business conduct and ethics, policies and procedures, including health, hygiene & safety Qualifications and Experience: Experience: Experience in hotel or health club industry Previous guest relations experience in the 5-star hospitality industry Qualification: High school graduate or Front Office operations certificate holder #J-18808-Ljbffr
