Description
The MEP Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing operations, ensuring project efficiency, quality, and compliance. This role involves leading teams, managing budgets, and maintaining client relationships.Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Oversee MEP projects from start to finish, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor MEP teams, conducting performance reviews and training.Quality Assurance: Establish quality control standards and conduct site inspections.Client Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing expectations and providing updates.Financial Management: Monitor project budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.Health and Safety: Promote a safety culture and ensure compliance with regulations.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical.Minimum 10 years of MEP Project management experience.Strong knowledge of MEP systems and project management skills.Excellent leadership and communication abilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
