With 45+ years under the Baker family, GMG partners with top global brands and manages 120+ brands across 12 countries, including Nike, Timberland, Vans, and Sun & Sand Sports.Role Summary: Support loss reduction and risk mitigation by conducting audits, investigations, and training, while ensuring compliance with company policies and reporting standards.Key Responsibilities: Assist in reducing loss and enforcing LP best practices.Plan and conduct store audits; report findings promptly.Support store risk classification and maintain recovery databases.Execute investigations (evidence collection, interviews, reporting).Perform spot checks (cash/safe/locker) for compliance.Deliver in-store training on loss prevention.Respond to incidents needing LP support.Collaborate with inventory teams on stock-take reviews.Drive cost-saving and revenue enhancement projects.Conduct asset verifications and support legal investigations.Desired Candidate Profile Requirements: 5+ years in Loss Prevention within large retail setups.Strong auditing, investigative, and analytical skills.Knowledge of theft, fraud, and asset protection laws.Proficient in MS Office and data analysis tools.Detail-oriented with strategic thinking ability.This role requires proactive risk management, investigation expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to safeguard company assets.Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
