Estimator / Quantity Surveyor

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field (preferred).Experience: Proven experience as an estimator in the construction or manufacturing industry (typically 3-5 years).Skills: Strong analytical and mathematical skills.Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Certifications (Optional but Preferred): Certification in estimating or quantity surveying (e.g., RICS, AACE International).Working Conditions: Office-based with occasional site visits as required.May involve working extended hours to meet project deadlines.Reports To: Technical Manager.Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
