HR Advisor

We are seeking a motivated HR Advisor to join our team. This role is exclusively for UAE Nationals. The HR Advisor will be instrumental in providing HR support, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.Key Responsibilities: Provide HR advice on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation.Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal policies.Conduct employee orientations and coordinate training programs.Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.Assist with various HR administrative tasks and projects.Requirements: UAE National with a valid UAE passport.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 3 years of HR advisory experience.Thorough understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.What We Offer: Competitive salary of AED 10,000 - 12,000, depending on experience.Professional development opportunities and career growth.Supportive and collaborative work environment.Join us and help shape the future of our organization while advancing your career!Job Types: Full-time, Permanent #J-18808-Ljbffr
