The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior fit-out project management, with proven on-site execution capabilities, subcontractor management, BOQ estimation, and a focus on timely, quality project delivery. Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution: Lead execution of warehouse interior modifications, coordinate with design teams, and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Site & Construction Management: Supervise daily site activities, ensure safety and quality compliance, monitor progress, and manage procurement. Subcontractor Coordination: Manage subcontractors for civil, MEP, and fit-out works, ensuring work completion to specifications and deadlines. BOQ & Estimation: Prepare and review Bill of Quantities, cost estimates, and budgets; validate vendor quotations. Quality Assurance: Conduct site inspections and quality checks to meet standards and regulations. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in interior fit-out and warehouse construction. Experience in industrial or commercial warehouse environments. Proven experience managing mezzanine or similar structural projects. Strong skills in project estimation, BOQ preparation, and cost control. Ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications. Excellent site coordination and contractor management skills.
