Project Engineer

Job Location: Dubai - UAEJob Responsibilities: Minimum 3 years strong experience in the Warehouse Building construction field in UAE.With minimal supervision, take full responsibility of the site ensuring all Civil, MEP, Steel Structure and full project works run on time and within budget.Project planning, scheduling, cost control, and budgeting.TRAKHEES projects handled experience is a must.All inspection, MIR, WIR should be raised independently.Liaise with the client and consultant throughout the construction process.Capability to handle all subcontractors ensuring their works are done as per our requirements.Experience in quantity surveying and Auto CAD.Make all submittals, CVI, RFI, payment requests, payment certificates for subcontractors and suppliers, T & C reports, and handing over reports.Fluency in English, Hindi, Tamil / Malayalam needed.Ability to work independently and take full responsibility of the site.In-depth knowledge of the building construction industry.Dealing with government agencies for all inspections, approvals, etc.Pay scale is negotiable depending on experience (4000 to 7500 AED). #J-18808-Ljbffr
