Bachelor of Commerce, ICWA Inter(Cost & Works Accountant), Chartered Accountant, CA Inter Nationality Indian, Syrian Male Vacancy1 Vacancy Job Description Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate processing of payments and collections.Manage customer statements, ensuring accuracy in financial records and timely reconciliation.Responsible for cash management, cash flow forecasting, and monthly collection reports.Handle bank reconciliations for multiple projects, including inter-branch reconciliations.Calculate and process debit notes, credit notes, installment adjustments, and other charges for sold units as per contractual terms.Prepare monthly MIS reports to track actual payments made and pending balances on a project basis.Ensure compliance with contractual obligations related to payment plans, waivers, and financial settlements.Work closely with the CRM and handover teams to analyze customer accounts and ensure payment plans are adhered to.Liaise with legal, receivables, and compliance teams to process legal and contractual payments, including those related to Dubai Courts.Process service charge waivers as per company and regulatory guidelines.Handle refunds related to excess balances, expression of interest cancellations, and other real estate transactions.Manage corporate credit card payments, Naqoodi transactions, and reconciliations.Conduct internal audits, identify discrepancies, and ensure proper financial controls are in place.Maintain accurate records and correspondence with other internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 4 years of accounting experience in a property development company (not a real estate agency or leasing firm).Strong experience in handling off-plan property sales and developer-related financial processes.Ability to manage multiple real estate projects at a time with exceptional attention to detail.Proficiency in accounting software and strong Excel skills.Knowledge of Dubai real estate regulations, service charges, and financial compliance.Excellent analytical and communication skills.CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent certification is a plus.Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
