job requisition id JREQ132376The role of the Account Manager is to manage an existing list of accounts to achieve desired retention rates. This is a great opportunity for an energetic Account Manager to effectively renew a list of existing accounts for the Intellectual Property (IP) business. The ideal candidate will also need a strong background in prospection, as 60% of the role involves acquiring new clients.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments A self-starter who is not afraid to take initiative and generate ideas to find and grow new business Bachelor’s degree preferred At least 4-5 years of account management experience Arabic language skills preferred Persistent and motivated to overachieve against targets Excellent sales, account management, and presentation skills Strong organization and time management skills Knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC)Curious, flexible, and competitive Ability to work independently and in a team environment Proficiency in Web Ex, Salesforce.com, MS Word, Power Point, and Excel Desire to grow professionally in a fast-paced environment Experience in Information Technology, Legal Services, or Information Services fields is a plus Experience in Intellectual Property is a plus Experience working with global teams What will you be doing in this role?Achieve or exceed sales targets by focusing on client retention and acquiring new logos within the region Provide accurate forecasts and maintain regular communication with your manager Work efficiently with customers to follow Clarivate’s sales cycle, utilizing Salesforce Continuously learn about Clarivate products and understand competitor offerings Participate actively in team meetings, sharing knowledge and insights Maintain required meeting volumes as set by Sales Management Create and update account profiles, provide quotes, and book deals in Salesforce Identify potential targets within existing clients About the Team This role reports to the Senior Director, IP Segment Sales Northern Europe and Middle East, and is part of a team of 8 Account Managers based in the UK, Sweden, and Dubai.Hours of Work Full-time, permanent position based in Dubai, with a hybrid work model (2 days in-office per week).
