GIS Specialist

The candidate will report to the technical lead and will support the technical lead in the delivery of the assigned project sections. The candidate will be responsible for: Updating the land use plan and conducting various GIS analyses. Setting up and managing the project geodatabase in the format agreed with the client. Coordinating with the client’s GIS team for OPIS. Preparing maps, conducting spatial analysis, and preparing reports as required. Providing on-the-job GIS training to the client’s staff. Requirements: Minimum 7 years of experience. Degree in Geographic Information Systems or related field. GIS experience in city and urban planning development projects. Willingness to relocate to Oman for the project duration.
