Urban Design Specialist

The candidate will report to the Technical Lead and will be supporting the Technical Lead in the delivery of the assigned project sections. The candidate will be responsible for: Developing quality urban design analysis benchmarking and strategies. Preparation of urban design proposals 2D & 3D design simulations at urban / street block level. Preparation of high quality reports and presentations as required. Preparation for deliverables and active attendance at key client meetings. Support in stakeholder engagement. Requirements: Minimum 7 years of experience. Masters in Urban Design. Hands-on with software such as MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Photoshop, Auto CAD is a must. Experience in using GIS software would be beneficial. Excellent communication skills in English. Reading, writing, and speaking fluent Arabic is a plus. Experience in urban and regional planning projects of similar scale. Willingness to relocate to Oman for project duration.
